Who we are

BakuTransfer ("we", "us") operates bookbakutransfer.com, a booking service for private transfers across Azerbaijan. For anything related to this policy, contact us at hello@bookbakutransfer.com.

What we collect

• Booking details — your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, vehicle choice and any notes you add.
• Reviews — your name, country, rating, review text and the booking reference used to verify your trip.
• Technical data — your IP address and standard server logs, used only for security and abuse prevention (for example, rate limiting).

We do not collect payment card details — you pay your driver directly. We use no analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't build marketing lists.

Why we use it

We use your data solely to arrange and operate your transfer, to contact you about your booking, to reply when you write to us, and to keep the service secure. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only your assigned driver, who receives the details needed to complete your trip: your name, pickup information and contact number. We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies — the ones required for form security and for administrators to sign in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used, which is why you don't see a cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service and meet our record-keeping obligations. Published reviews stay on the site until removed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@bookbakutransfer.com and we'll take care of it.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date at the top.
